These are some pictures of the termite damage in the house

I've met one of the gentlemen who installed the replacement floor in the house around 1975.
Locust joists and girders were cut near Whitetop, red oak rough sawn lumber was used as a
subfloor and covered with plywood. Below is a picture of the termite damage we found in the oak
subfloor underneath the plywood. The locust had been mostly mud tunnelled over by the termites
and left undamaged.
The lower right picture shows an enhanced view of a new footing with fresh termite mud tunnels
already on it less than a week after being poured. We have since had the structure and footings
treated for termites
